Bio: Zepline ouma, known as (zep) is a certified Yoga teacher, living in Nairobi, Kenya. She focus on Vinyasa, Yin Yang, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and kids yoga. In her classes expect to move, sweat, work on your body and mind. All her classes range from beginning level to intermediate level.
