Sybella Davis also known as ''The Chronically Fit Warrior'. Is a Fitness trainer living with a chronic health condition called Lupus SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) which is an inflammatory condition which affects her joints amongst other things. Sybella has been a personal trainer for a number of years but since her diagnosis has focused more on low impact group training online and in person. You will find Sybella and her workouts to be fun and engaging, but still challenging.
