Fitness for me has always been a way of life so it made sense for me to turn my passion into my job. I qualified as an exercise to music instructor and personal trainer in 2016 and I have worked both freelance and for various gyms over the years. In the last few months, I have set up Kwesida Sports Therapy which is an online coaching service that provides clients with a bespoke 12-week training programme along with online help guides.
