My name is Annette Sana. A Kenyan personal fitness trainer. I have been a trainer for the past 3+ years. Joined the fitness industry 4+ years ago and I can say for sure it helped me in becoming more confident about myself, my mental health improved over time because fitness is mental just as it is physical. To be able to get through the work outs by pushing your body, it needs mental strength. I loved the body changes too and how my strength was increasing. It helped me in regards to some injuries I had previously as I was able to strengthen them. It has been some form of physiotherapy. I am currently pursuing my certificate course in personal fitness training. My academic background is finance. This journey started out as a hobby and I grew to love it to the extent of growing an interest in teaching it and helping others achieve their goals. I specialise in weight lifting, body toning, weight loss, weight gain. It's a journey worth going on and I'd be more than happy to help anyone get into it and continue with it.
