RAW BUDDHA BOWL
A great way to pack raw nutritious veg into a flavour filled meal. Mixing roughage from cabbage with juicy tomatoes and creamy avocado. All topped off with a savoury dressing which tastes great with it all!
Shredded purple cabbage
2 Grated carrots
Cherry tomatoes halves
Topped with finely diced red onions and pomegranate seeds
Dressing - 1 tablespoon vinegar, 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil , 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard and a pinch of sea salt and cayenne pepper
