ACKEE & HARD FOOD

Spring onion and garlic

Red and Green peppers

scotch bonnet finely chopped

Pinch of Cayenne powder Black pepper and salt

2 cups of ackee

Instructions:

Lightly fry the onions, garlic, peppers with the spices. Once fried to desired texture add the Ackee to the pan for the last few minutes until warm.

To accompany the dish serve with boiled dumplings, yam or green banana on the side and sliced avocado.
